Abstract
⺠The effective-field theory is used to study the kinetic spin-1 Blume-Capel model. ⺠The dynamic phase boundaries of the system depend on D and Ï. ⺠The system does not exhibit the dynamic tricritical point. ⺠The temperature of the dynamic transition point is lower than the previous result.
