Abstract
► The thermal entanglement in the two-spin (1/2,s) XXX and XXZ models are studied. ► The influence of Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction on negativity is discussed. ► We found that the Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction can excite entanglement. ► We found that the negativity decreases as the spin increases.
