Abstract
⺠We study the roles of life process in cooperation in spatial prisoner's dilemma games. ⺠The lifetime and fitness are correlated and change dynamically. ⺠This correlation can promote cooperation. ⺠Moderate correlation leads to the highest cooperation level. ⺠This work may enrich the investigation with regard to individual' life processes.
