Abstract
⺠Shanghai subway network is robust against random attack but fragile for malicious attack. ⺠The highest betweenness node-based attacks cause the most damage to the network. ⺠The critical fraction of removed nodes of the networks is discussed. ⺠The functionality loss of nodes and connectivity of lines are proposed here for the first time.
