Abstract
⺠Using complex networks to model mazes, we showed that the traditional classification is not appropriate to topologically classify mazes. ⺠We showed that the absorption time measure derived from the study of stochastic processes is able to quantify the concept of complexity of mazes. ⺠We applied generic concepts to quantify the complexity of mazes. Consequently, these concepts can be applied to quantify the complexity of any system that can be modeled as a complex network.
