Abstract
⺠New measures for estimating neural network structures are proposed. ⺠The proposed measures are based on spike time metric and partialization analysis. ⺠The method is applied to mathematical model networks.⺠No prior information of observed spike sequences is needed. ⺠Neural network structures can be estimated by the proposed method with high accuracy.
