Abstract
⺠Tulsipur, Nepal generates 330.4 g capitaâ1 dayâ1 of household solid waste. ⺠Almost half of household solid waste is organic and recyclables are increasing. ⺠Tulsipur collects less than half of household solid waste that it generates. ⺠Routine disposal of waste in surface water sources is a common practice. ⺠Tulsipur needs to promote resource recovery or recycling utilizing local techniques.
