Abstract
⺠We identify overlapping clusters of antidepressant, antipsychotic and stimulant use. ⺠Within the stimulant cluster use was 77% higher than in the rest of the country. ⺠Within the antidepressant cluster use was 46% higher than in the rest of the country. ⺠Within the antipsychotic cluster use was 42% higher than in the rest of the country. ⺠Access to care and pharmaceutical marketing explain much of the spatial variation.
