Abstract
⺠We assess the economic impact of a ban on the import of non-seed Myrtaceae. ⺠Three sectors were considered in the study: florists, nurseries, and plantations. ⺠Expected benefits to plantations outweighed costs to other affected industries. ⺠Including the value of 'Åhi'a protection would increase the benefit-cost ratio.
