Abstract
⺠We review the legal instruments enacted to manage pesticides in Thailand. ⺠Thailand lacks a consolidated, uniform system for pesticide management. ⺠An inability to enforce existing regulations leads to increased pesticide exposure. ⺠We provide our perspectives on ways to improve pesticide management in Thailand.
