Abstract
⺠Significant microbial reduction was observed during the ramping and holding time. ⺠A greater reduction was observed with a higher temperature and a longer time. ⺠Hydrothermal treatment of 120 °C for 40 min was sufficient to achieve sterilization. ⺠Hydrothermal treatment is effective to sterilize the Chinese food waste.
