Abstract
⺠Average transfer error of a spatially explicit model is lower than non-spatially explicit models. ⺠Spatial element in primary valuation practice contributes to producing lower transfer errors. ⺠Modeling of theoretically expected variables produces less transfer error than best-fit models.
