Abstract
⺠Decision making frameworks are a necessary complement to scientific findings in species recovery planning. ⺠When data is of poor quality, structured elicitations of experts aid understanding of recovery action success. ⺠Strategy tables help to generate a comprehensive set of responsive and realistic management options. ⺠Building alternatives that recognize knowledge, financial and political constraints can help avoid stalled recovery efforts.
