Abstract
⺠Accessibility impacts of China's high-speed rail are evaluated at macro level. ⺠Most cities have accessibility gain by HSR compared to their conventional rail access. ⺠Cities with dense population and high GDP level obtain prominent benefits. ⺠Cities covering longer travel distances have more accessibility benefits by airline compared to HSR.
