Abstract
⺠We assess how weather forecasts trigger changes in Flemish activity-travel behavior. ⺠Weather forecasts have dual role on changes in activity-travel behavior. ⺠Forecast weather type trigger changes in activity-travel behavior. ⺠Weather forecast attributes has no impact on activity-travel behavior. ⺠Duality explained by the discrepancy between forecasts and roadway conditions.
