Abstract
⺠Longer planning time using room based compared to Internet-based video conferencing technology. ⺠Internet-based VC lead to more ad hoc meetings with external business partners. ⺠Users of both VC devices are satisfied with the technology as communication form. ⺠Users of room based VC and frequent travellers are the most positive of replacing travel with VC.
