Abstract
- Self-reports were used to identify how gender and BMI relate to students' alcohol consumption.
- For both men and women, the number of drinks consumed was positively associated with BMI.
- Men consume more drinks than women at all BMI levels.
- Women show a higher rate of increase in the number of drinks consumed as BMI increases than men.
