A generalization of the Kalman–Yakubovich–Popov Lemma is proposed, where the frequency domain inequality is replaced with the matrix one. All entries of the matrix in the inequality are sesquilinear forms depending on the complex parameter. Both strict and non-strict inequalities are considered.
