Abstract
Refresher interventions are popular methods for skill retention. A resource-saving alternative is an adaptive computer-based job aid which supports the operator's skill retrieval in the recall situation. It is a further development of step-by-step guidance with computer-based procedures and appears only when the operator fails to remember the task operation.
