Abstract
► Maximum Acceptable Weight of Lift (MAWL) decreases with frequency of handling. ► We used data from previous studies to predict MAWL from frequency. ► The best predictive models were logarithmic. ► Normalising to MAWL at one lift per minute resulted in more accurate models.
