Abstract
The TT genotype of the FTO gene is associated with obesity. The reversal of polymorphisms in the FTO gene under the influence of RDT is mainly associated with transversion of nucleotides (ÐâТ) at the corresponding site (23525) of the intron mutation (rs9939609).
