Abstract
The author examines article 7o. of the Inter-American Convention on Letters Rogatory in regard to judicial cooperation between courts in Juarez City-El Paso, Texas. Also, this author analyzes the meanings of border area, acceptance of family matters, the direct means of communication between courts, the legalization, as well as a reservation filed by United States on judicial international cooperation.
