Abstract
A control variable delayed system is feedback transformed with a transformation-induced feedback controller. It is proved that the resulting closed loop system is stable if and only if the system open loop state matrix is stable. This provides a theoretical basis for the numerical difficulties which have been observed in connection with the implementation of the above feedback controller.
