Ponderación de principios y tópica jurídica

In order the “paradigm” of juridical principles don't become in a new deductive logic, we propose in this article, redetermine it as a special case of the juridical topical argumentation, where the collision of two principles, should be resolved through a reciprocal topic connotation between those both principles.
