Iusfilosofar en la globalización

The globalization phenomenom requires a new iusphilosophical reflection due to the fact that it is a reality that had never before occurred in the history of mankind; it involves the complexity of what is multidimensional: the domain of financial capitalism, the recoil of the Nation State, the expansion of a social injustice gap and ecological and nuclear threats. In view of this background, this article parts from the theoretical position that “guaranteeism” is a pertinent ius humanistic answer.
