Transparencia Y Ética Judicial

Transparency is a central issue in the political and academic debate, and is one of the priority areas to be addressed in the exercise of power. Under an analytical framework, it defined the transparency and it is located as a political budget. Once it is in the general political spectrum to transparency, the study focuses on the judicial function. In the judicial field it is proposed that there is a dialectical link between transparency and ethics. Finally it is concluded that it is impossible to discern the judicial function of ethics, and that it is inextricably linked to transparency.
