This paper studies synchronization behavior of coupled time-delay chaotic systems for the case that parameter mismatch and stochastic perturbation occur in the response system. We establish quasi-synchronization criterion by analyzing stochastic stability of synchronization error system. A numerical example is also presented to show the effectiveness of theoretical results.
► In this paper, the quasi-synchronization of delayed chaotic systems with parameters mismatch and stochastic perturbation is considered. ► Our theoretical results show that by choosing appropriate feedback control parameters, the drive system and the response system can be synchronized exponentially within a small error region. ► The error upper bound of quasi-synchronization can be estimated easily by the theoretical criterion. ► We also obtain the relationship between the feedback control strength and the exponential synchronization rate. ► The numerical example shows the effectiveness of the proposed results.
