Abstract
⺠Efficient production of recombinant GLuc is hampered by its 10 cysteines. ⺠Fusion of a SEP-Tag significantly increased the production of soluble GLuc in E. coli. ⺠The solubilized GLuc was fully functional with a native-like disulfide bond pattern.
