Abstract
⺠Cel5A can be applied to hydrolyze lignocellulose in the biofuel industry. ⺠The Cel5A-cellobiose and -mannotriose complex structures were determined. ⺠Cel5A had an open cavity for accommodating various substrates with branched chains.
