Abstract
⺠Presence of nonlinearity was investigated by principal component analysis. ⺠Generalized standard addition data were analyzed by RBF-PLS. ⺠Matrix effect, spectral interferences and nonlinearity were solved. ⺠Drugs were successfully analyzed in complex urine samples.
