Abstract
In this manuscript, MALDI-FTICR-MS was employed as a candidate technique for fast analyzing and identifying TAGs in edible oils. Various kinds of edible oils have been classified directly using PCA method, indicating that MALDI-FTICR-MS holds considerable promise for rapid analyzing and screening edible oils.
