Abstract
Air flow assisted ionization-high resolution mass spectrometry based mass spectrometric imaging (AFAI-MSI) was used to investigate the distribution of a variety of endogenous metabolites in kidney tissues. The result showed AFAI-MSI is a promising molecule imaging technique and may have a wide range of applications in kidney disease.
