Abstract
Quantum dot-cresyl violet nanospheres with an average diameter of about 120 nm were synthesized and developed as a FRET ratiometric probe for imaging H2S in living cells. This probe allows the elimination of interference of excitation intensity, intracellular environment and other factors.
