Abstract
A multi-functional microfluidic chip with multi-orifice flow fractionation (MOFF) and magnetic capture technique was developed. For the artificial sample of red blood cells-HepG2, under the external magnetic field, the separation-capture - in situ fluorescence detection of small amount of HepG2 cells in the sample was realized on the chip via labeling HepG2 cells with immunomagnetic beads and carbon dots.
