Tumor Targeting of Fluorescent Magnetic IR780-Fe3O4 Nanoparticles with for Detection of Circulating Tumor Cells

In this study, IR780-NH-(CH2)6-NH2 was synthesized and coupled with the activated magnetic beads, so the magnetic fluorescent IR780-Fe3O4 nanoparticles with tumor targeting were prepared. The experimental results show that it can be effectively identified normal and tumor cells, and which can be used for the isolation and detection of CTCs.
