Abstract
In this work, a centrifugal device by combination of application of TiO2 and C18 reverse phase packing materials was developed for phosphopeptides enrichment and separation. This device can be used for sample loading, washing, eluting and separating by simple centrifugation. On the basis of this, an enrichment strategy of tyrosine phosphopeptides by subsequent immunoprecipitation combined with this centrifugal device was established.
