Abstract
The butylamine 2,5-dihydroxybenzoate (DHB-BuN) ionic liquid was prepared as the matrix for improving MALDI-MS repeatability of oligosaccharides quantitation, and applied in MALDI-MS imaging oligosaccharides in soybean and soybean leaf.
