Abstract
This paper stated the principle of particle/cell magnetic manipulation in the microfluidic chip and the primary control methods, including separation, concentration, capture, arrangement and assembly. The influence of parameters such as magnetic field distribution and fluid velocity on the efficiency was summarized, which can serve as a guide for future microfluidic manipulation techniques.
