Abstract
Dual-polarization interferometry technique was used to explore the binding events between adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and ATP-binding aptamer (ABA) in real-time, and to acquire the layer changes of mass, thickness and density. The binding rate constant, dissociation rate constant, binding constant and dissociation constant between ATP and ABA was determined. Meanwhile, highly sensitive detection of ATP was achieved based on dual polarization interference technology.
