Abstract
L-cysteine could inhibit the catalytic activity of Ag/Pt nanozyme, and Cu2+ could mediate the catalytic oxidation of sulfhydryl compounds. On the basis of this, 3-mercaptopropionic acid (MPA) and Cu2+ were utilized to regulate the catalytic activity of Ag/Pt NCs, and a colorimetric detection of Cu2+ was developed.
