Abstract
This study systematically evaluated the different results of trypsin digestion and Lys-C/trypsin sequential digestion used in proteomics sample paration. The results indicated that the numbers of identified peptides and proteins increased significantly through Lys-C/trypsin sequential digestion. Besides, the usage amount of enzymes in Lys-C/trypsin sequential digestion was optimized. The study provided references for conducting high efficient proteomics sample preparation.
