Abstract
A thermal desorption low temperature plasma (TD-LTP) ionization was developed for rapid and sensitive detection of pesticides by direct mass spectrometry. The sensitivity and stability increased 8 times and 4 times respectively compared with the conventional LTP ionization source. TD-LTP mass spectrometry could minimize sample preparation and provide a tough analytical approach for complex matrices.
