Abstract
High-throughput sequencing and metabolomics techniques were established for the composition analysis of gut microbiota and metabolites of Portunus trituberculatus. The results showed that swimming crab gut was dominated by Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes and 30 metabolites including some amino acids, organic acids, and amines.
