Abstract
In single molecule study of enzyme, fluorescent state transformation is observed when enzyme catalyzing the substrate. The transformation is probably caused by the alteration of enzyme itself, generation of product or both. Furthermore, the enzyme could recover the original state when product diffuse away, and catalyze a new reaction.
