Abstract
This work was oriented towards the educational situation actions developed in the Immunology course (School of Chemistry, Universidad de la República). It was oriented to the design and implementation of a didactic alternative strategy, looking to promote the motivational process to learning and significant learning restructuring the preview conceptions and the trainee knowledge over his own learning. The methodological boarding implied an investigation-intervention strategy, using a qualitative and quantitative methodology. A didactic strategy became a disciplinary action, flexible, establishing a strong core susceptible to be transferred contextually to similar situations.
