Abstract
The information obtained using REEs did not enhance classification, indicating that REEs vary minimally per harvesting year, providing robust geographical origin discrimination. The results show that seasonal patterns can occur in the elemental composition of “Fava Santorinis”, probably reflecting seasonality of climate.
