Abstract
► A musculoskeletal model of human body under tilting perturbation is studied (no similar work based on authors' knowledge). ► Forward dynamics approach has been used to solve the undetermined problem of muscle sharing load during the movement. ► Genetic algorithm method which is needless to the gradient of the objective function is used to find global optimum. ► Highly nonlinear differential equation of the movement is discretized using direct collocation method. ► To ensure stability of model a specific constraint related to maintenance the CoP of foot in support base is considered.
