Abstract
- Utilizing Cyanea nozakii is significant to reduce harm to fisheries and marine environments.
- The SDS-PAGE patterns of ASCs and PSCs differed from that of type I collagen.
- Denaturation temperatures (Td) of the collagens were around 23.8 °C.
- The As, Pb, and Hg content of the collagens were considerably lower than the national standards.
- The collagens from C.nozakii can potentially be used as an alternative source of collagen.
