Abstract
► We prepared total flavonoids (TFs) from Cichorium glandulosum seeds. ► The TFs have shown significant antioxidant activities in vitro and in vivo. ► α-Glucosidase and α-amylase were inhibited by TFs to a certain extent. ► The main chemical compositions in TFs were analysed by HPLC-ESI/MS.
