Abstract
⺠We prepared total flavonoids (TFs) from Cichorium glandulosum seeds. ⺠The TFs have shown significant antioxidant activities in vitro and in vivo. ⺠α-Glucosidase and α-amylase were inhibited by TFs to a certain extent. ⺠The main chemical compositions in TFs were analysed by HPLC-ESI/MS.
