Abstract
⺠We examine the Ganoderma atrum polysaccharide antitumor activity in vitro. ⺠G. atrum polysaccharide suppressed the tumor growth in tumor-bearing mice. ⺠G. atrum polysaccharide could activated NF-κB and stimulated TNF-α production. ⺠G. atrum polysaccharide could improve immunity and inhibit tumor growth.
